Proxara: connect your firm to AI

Proxara (Proxara Inc., proxara.ai) gives AI one governed way to retrieve information and complete actions across a regulated firm’s internal systems. The firm connects its systems and defines its rules once; Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI agents then work through Proxara rather than holding credentials of their own.

What Proxara does

Retrieves only the records a request needs, from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Karbon, Salesforce and the firm’s other applications, under the permissions the employee already has.
Protects client identities: names, accounts and organisations become consistent stand-ins before the work reaches the model, and the employee reads the real result.
Executes permitted actions at a controlled write boundary. The model proposes; Proxara resolves the real target, checks authority and the firm’s approval rules, commits inside the firm’s environment, and verifies what changed.
Records every retrieval, approval and change, signed, so the firm can show what happened.

The Guides are now organized by what a firm is trying to do: start, set up your AI, connect your systems, put agents to work, and run the firm. New pages cover connecting Microsoft 365, Karbon, Salesforce, and tax software, and what happens when a firm deploys. The deep mechanism pages were folded into one honest page on how Proxara works, and the reading list is less than half its former length.

The Guides now open with a light reading path for the people doing the work: one setup page each for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini, covering workspace and personal accounts; a page of real requests to copy on day one; and two guides on autonomous agents, one for the person working with an agent and one for the firm leaders running them.

The Proxara docs now live at one address. The Trust Center, every policy and agreement, the security overview, the monitoring disclosure template, and the FAQ all moved here, so the firm has a single reference instead of a scatter of pages.
