How Proxara works
Proxara runs the work of every commercial account, continuously. It reads each change against the account’s history, does the work the change requires in the systems you already use, and keeps going until the result is proven. Nobody dispatches it.
Follow the work

First, the work itself.
A commercial policy describes a business on one day. The business keeps changing, and the client, the agency and the carrier learn different things at different times. Changes arrive inside ordinary communications, and sometimes the important fact is that something required never arrived.
Someone has to connect the fragments with the account’s history, work out what they mean, and carry the work through client, agency and carrier until it is finished. That whole stretch is what Proxara takes on.
Every new message is read against the account’s history.
Proxara keeps what was disclosed, requested, decided and confirmed on each account, when each of those applies, and what is still unfinished. That is how a proposed location is told from an operating one, an estimate from a confirmed figure, and a requested change from coverage the carrier has issued.
The history stays active while work is underway. A new message can change what happens next, reopen something settled, or make something it had prepared obsolete.

When a carrier takes a week to reply, Proxara follows up, and the reply continues the same work. Nobody reloads the history or restarts anything.
The same account carries the mid-term change and the renewal already underway, and the comparison a renewal questionnaire performs once a year runs all the time instead. An inherited book starts operating from the records received.
Your people do not open Proxara. The few decisions that need them arrive in the systems they already use.
What still needs a person, and what they see.
A decision arrives as one card in Teams, with the evidence and the prepared action, and closes when the person acts. Coverage advice, market strategy and client commitments stay with your people. Binding always needs a named approval. In the pilot, every outbound action starts under your approval, and you extend authority as the results earn it.

A local model runs inside a private environment we provision for your brokerage. We cannot see your data. The account history, the processing and what the model learns stay there, which is also what makes reading a whole book continuously possible.
Each completed piece of work adds evidence. Corrections show where a reading failed, confirmed outcomes show whether the intended result occurred, and improvements are tested on held-out examples before release.

Day one
Proxara connects to Microsoft 365 and AMS360 in a day and reads the book where it already sits. Every exposure is established from the records on file, and every value stays linked to the record behind it.

Missing information
A genuine gap becomes one targeted request to the client or carrier, and follow-up runs until it lands.

Any exception names its dependency, with follow-up already running.
