Sub-processor List

This list covers Proxara Redact, the right-click Windows redaction and restoration service. A sub-processor is a third party that Proxara engages and that processes Customer Data on Proxara’s behalf.

Not sub-processors

These parties come up in reviews. None of them processes Customer Data on Proxara’s behalf.

  • The redaction model’s publisher. The model is open-weight software, currently from Google’s Gemma family, that Proxara runs on its own Azure GPU. Google does not receive files, results or any other Customer Data.
  • The firm’s AI assistant. Claude, or any other assistant the firm approves, receives only what an employee chooses to give it. The assistant is the firm’s own vendor, under the firm’s own terms with that provider. Proxara sends it nothing.
  • Slack. Slack is used only if the firm installs the Proxara app into its own Slack workspace. It then receives operational counts, source status and reported Windows user labels, never document contents, file names, protected values or tags. The workspace and its terms are the firm’s own.
  • Google Analytics. The public website uses Google Analytics only after a visitor accepts it in the consent bar. It is not part of the product. See the Cookie Policy.

Changes

Proxara will give notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes Customer Data. The notice period and the way a firm can object are set in the Data Processing Addendum and the Order Form.
