Why we build this.

In every lending shop, a few people know how to make a difficult file work: which rule applies, which number has to move, and in what order. Everyone else waits for them.

We build the software that does that part on every loan, inside the systems the shop already runs.

How we build it.

  • Finished work, not another tool

    The work is done in the loan and in the channel the team already uses. Nobody learns a new screen to get it.

  • The rule, not a guess

    A model reads the page. Code applies the agency’s rule, with the section and the page behind every figure, so the same file gives the same answer.

  • Yours, not ours

    It runs in the customer’s own tenant, on its own keys, and learns the order the shop already works in. Nothing with a name on it leaves.

Where it goes next.

Every loan, from the first document to clear to close, with the loan officer free to talk to the borrower. After broker shops come lenders’ own origination teams, then the buyers of loans and their quality-control teams, who check what they buy with the same engine.
