Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Proxara, Inc. ("Proxara", "we", "us") collects, uses and discloses information when you visit proxara.ai (the "Site") or contact us through it. It does not govern account data processed for a brokerage inside its private environment; that is governed by the signed agreement between Proxara and the brokerage.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you write to us at support@proxara.ai or through a form on the Site, we collect your name, your work email address, the brokerage you name, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated usage information: pages visited, time on page, referral source, approximate location at city or region level, device and browser type. Analytics loads only after you accept it in the consent bar, and a stored decline keeps it off. Our hosting infrastructure records IP addresses, request timestamps and HTTP headers in server logs, kept for no more than 90 days and used for security monitoring.

What we do not collect. The Site takes no payments, requires no account, and uses no fingerprinting, session recording, heatmaps or advertising pixels.

• To reply to your message and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To keep the Site secure.

The Site sets one first-party value to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics sets its own cookies only after you accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the Site footer, or by clearing your browser's storage for proxara.ai.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with Google LLC for analytics (with your consent), with our hosting provider as needed to serve the Site, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, of which we would notify you.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you by writing to privacy@proxara.ai. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and to non-discrimination under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

UK and EEA residents have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights and can exercise them at the same address.

8. International transfers

The Site is hosted in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who reply to it.

11. Changes

We will post any revision here with a new date. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
