Why doesn’t my servicing platform do this?
It holds the dates someone typed into it. It does not read the records those dates came from, and it does not work out which extension the loan was entitled to.
Is this a chatbot on our files?
No. Small document-reading models run inside your environment and anchor every value to the words on the page it was read from. The deadlines are computed by code from Handbook 4000.1. Nothing is sent to an outside service.
Do you need logins or credentials?
No. Exports and public records only.
Does it replace my specialists?
It replaces the digging. They decide the grey cases, submit and sign, on finished requests.
What happens at claim?
Every extension is documented with its evidence and carried into the curtailment position, so the schedule is ready the day the claim is.
