The model
The model reads pages and points at the words. Code works out every number from the published rules, and DU or LP decides.

In Proxara, a model reads the pages of a loan’s documents, and that is all it does. Code works out every number and applies every rule, and DU or LP judges the loan. The model never works out a number, applies a rule or approves anything.
What the model does
It reads one page at a time and returns what is written there: each fact with the exact words it came from and where they sit on the page. Code then checks that those words are on the page and say what the fact says. A fact that can’t be found in the words is not used. It is marked missing, and the officer is shown the page to settle it or asked for a better document.
What code does
Everything after the reading is code: the qualifying income, every published limit, the change that clears them and the order to try changes in. Each number carries its calculation and the rule it comes from, cited to a dated copy of the agency guide, so anyone can check it by hand. Nothing is called approved until DU or LP says so.
Where it runs
On a GPU in your own private network, with no route to the internet. Pages go to it from inside your tenant and its answers come back the same way. No page, fact or answer reaches Proxara or any outside model service.
A fixed, signed version
The install runs one pinned version of one open-weights model, delivered as a signed release and checked before it loads. It changes only when your shop takes a new release, and every result records the model version that read its documents and the rule versions that worked it out.
Never trained on your files
Nothing from your install reaches Proxara, so nothing of yours can train any model, ours or anyone else’s. The model in your install doesn’t learn from your files either: it is the same fixed version from the first loan to the last.
Fair lending
Proxara doesn’t make credit decisions. The AUS and your underwriters do, and a person at your shop decides every loan. The rules Proxara applies are the agencies’ and your lenders’ published rules, and none of them uses race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age or any other characteristic the Equal Credit Opportunity Act protects. Proxara never produces an adverse action notice. Every result shows the rule and the page behind each number, so your compliance team can review any loan the way an examiner would.
