Connect Salesforce

Optional. Client and case context where the firm runs a CRM.

Updated August 2026

Salesforce is one supported option, and no CRM is required by the accounting product. Where a firm runs one, an owner approves it once in the console with the firm's own Salesforce sign-in. Nothing else depends on it.

What it reads and writes

SalesforceWhat it brings
ReadsClient and relationship grounding, service and follow-up work
WritesApproved typed tasks and cases
Also carriesThe firm's consent and non-tax-use controls, where relevant

Approving it is not permission to read it: authority is assigned per approved kind of work, rechecked every time (how Proxara works).

How this connection is governed

Like every other connection, it holds its own credentials inside the firm's environment, exposes one closed set of registered reads and typed writes at one capability revision, carries a budget for how much any single piece of work may query it, and ends at Withdraw on its own row. Work that already completed keeps its record.

You're connected

The Salesforce row reads Connected. Answers start carrying the client's relationship context.

If something doesn't work

  • No Salesforce in the answer? An unreachable system returns an honest partial result naming the missing source.
  • Reads work but tasks do not? Reads and typed writes are separate authorities.
