The pilot

The two-week pilot: twenty-five laptops, one MDM push, a real dedicated environment, and a day-fourteen decision to convert with zero migration or remove cleanly.

Updated July 2026

A pilot is Proxara running for real, on a small slice of the fleet, for two weeks. Twenty-five laptops, one push through the MDM the firm already runs, and a decision at the end based on what actually happened. It is free, and it is not a sandbox. It is the product, in a real dedicated environment, on real work.

This is the third way to try Proxara, and the closest to production. The other two, the sandbox app and the full install, are for one person on one machine. The pilot is for a team.

Day fourteen: decide on evidence
Two weeks, from the first install to the decision.

How it starts

The firm's own environment is provisioned first, the same dedicated account any customer runs (see The private environment). Then the agent goes out through the MDM, the way any rollout does: a signed package and a trust profile, pushed to a device group. Employees install nothing, and once it is running they see nothing but a small indicator that their prompts are protected.

The two weeks

Nothing here needs watching. The console fills the pilot in as it goes.

What buildsFrom when
The usage mapMinute one. It fills in as employees use AI tools, so by the end the firm can see which tools are actually in use.
What almost leftThe first sensitive catch. Each redaction is counted as it happens, so the firm sees what would have left in the clear and did not.
The Evidence PackDay fourteen. It drafts itself from the pilot record, ready to review. It never sends itself.

The founders get a short note at the milestones that matter: when coverage goes green, at the first notable catch, at the midpoint, when the pack is ready, and if a pilot goes quiet. Those notes are aggregate. They never name a person.

The decision

On day fourteen the firm decides on evidence, not a deck.

  • Continue. The pilot converts to a subscription. The same environment keeps running, so the certificate, the audit vault, and the record built during the pilot all carry forward. Nothing moves, nothing is re-installed, and the day the pilot began is the day the firm's evidence began.
  • Stop. The agent comes off the fleet through the MDM, and Proxara deletes the environment and certifies the deletion. Both endings are clean.

The commercial terms are the Pilot Terms: free, fourteen days, no automatic renewal, and the firm owns its data throughout.
